The Valuation
Our detailed inventory and valuation covers furniture, ceramics and glass, paintings, silver, jewellery, rugs, books and other works of art, together with household furnishings and personal effects. Each item will be described in detail including, where appropriate, measurements and other distinguishing marks for ease of identification. We also provide colour photographs of the more important items, using digital cameras or conventional 35mm film; these are cross-referenced with the valuation for ease of identification. The true value of some of your possessions may come as a pleasant surprise, but it also allows you to arrange for appropriate insurance cover in the event of loss. And, of course, valuations can often bring unsuspected treasures to light.
